Entries must be deposited in entry box at the Broadway Mall Customer Service Booth by Monday, August 23, 2010 at 9:30 PM EST. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received (limit one entry per person). Limit one (1) prize per person, family, or household. Contest runs from Monday, June 14, 2010 to Monday, August 23, 2010. Need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Must be a legal U.S. Resident who is 21 years of age or older and supply photo proof of identification and age to be eligible. Employees of Vornado Realty Trust, Broadway Mall, their contractors, their vendors, their merchants/retailers, and affiliates and immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Incomplete entries and/or illegible entries are ineligible. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, address labeled or stamped, or mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. Broadway Mall is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible or mutilated entries or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment used in this sweepstakes, human processing error or otherwise. PRIZES: There will be four (4) winners of a pair of tickets to a Broadway showing of “MAMMA MIA” with an estimated retail value of approximately $80.00. MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize except by Vornado Realty Trust due to prize availability. Federal, State and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Public Release upon distribution of prize. If any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable and/or telephone contact cannot be made, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. By participating, completing and submitting entry form, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that Vornado Realty Trust, Broadway Mall and each of their respective companies, affiliates, agencies, vendors and suppliers 1.) shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by Law) their name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) that the foretasted parties, Vornado Realty Trust and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, malls, and retailers shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury or damage to themselves and any other person or entity, including personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes.
